Welcome to the JWST workflow for Galaxy Zoo, where you will see galaxies that were imaged using NASA's newest space telescope, JWST.

If you are new to Galaxy Zoo in this phase, welcome, and we hope you enjoy exploring the Universe with us.

Galaxies imaged by JWST are typically much further away from us than those in previous incarnations of Galaxy Zoo, so if you have been classifying with Galaxy Zoo for a while, their colours and resolution may appear a little different!

In Galaxy Zoo, we ask a series of questions about the shape of a galaxy, to learn about the astrophysical processes in the galaxy's evolution.

You can answer these questions without any specialist knowledge. Many of the galaxies are distant, so the answer may not always be obvious - just take your best guess.
